COVID-19 Testing

Insurance Information:
Your insurance will be billed for the test. There will be no copay. If you do not have insurance, the CARES Act will be billed for the test. However, the CARES Act will not cover your test if you have active insurance, so you must provide your insurance information if you have coverage.
**Insurance policy may vary with each COVID-19 test provider. Please check with testing location**
